We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

SHIPPING & TAXES

After your payment is verified, most orders are processed in 24-48 hours, but it may take up to 5-7 days to fulfill and ship for order due to demand. We process and ship orders between Monday and Friday Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email update containing shipping & tracking information for you order.

We have strategically partnered with International Suppliers & Manufacturers in order to meet and supply the high demand for our products. This means some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages if they are located in multiple of our Inventory Fulfillment Centers.

One you place your order, please allow 5-7 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 10-25 business days for delivery in the United States, and 10-40 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Please note that it may take 3-5 days for updates to appear for your designated tracking number.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Drunk Munk cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

ORDER INFORMATION

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. All orders remain in queue for 48 hours to allow adequate time for confirmation of 100% order accuracy. After 48 hours, your order has been moved into production and we will not be able to cancel or alter your order.

Please  CONTACT US  as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Please provide your order # and the modification you would like to make to your order and we will confirm once the adjustment has been made. Please note that after 48 hours, your order will have been moved into production and we will not be able to cancel or alter your order.

"Unfulfilled" means that we successfully received your order, but that it has not yet been shipped to to your location. Once your order has been shipped from our United States warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email & tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled." 

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, there is a chance that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please place your order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can create your account HERE

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand by our 100% Fit Guarantee and offer FREE returns & exchanges on all Hero Hoodie orders!

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your order within 30 days of delivery, please complete your return request using our Returns Portal HERE. Our Support Team will review the return request and further instructions will be emailed to you if your return has been approved.

All returns & exchanges must be in original unwashed & unworn condition with product packaging intact.

Yes! We offer Free Domestic Shipping both ways (Purchase & Return/Exchange). All return shipping fees will be covered by us to make the process as simple as possible. All that is needed is to be approved for the return, repackage your item with the provided shipping label, and send it back to us. 

Please CONTACT US within 7 days from receiving your order if you received an order that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. 

Processing returns & exchanges, may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. You will receive a return/exchange confirmation email once your return has been processed. 


For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 


If you have not received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: 
Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time, typically 3-5 business days, before the refund amount is posted to your account.
