Drunk Munk is headquartered near Los Angeles and ships all orders from the California. We ship domestically within the USA and internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, & New Zealand.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on drunkmunk.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Drunk Munk will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending payment verification. Due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship these orders.
Please expect 3-5 business days for shipping within the USA, and 7-10 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. Drunk Munk is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping confirmation & follow up emails will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If still have not received any confirmation, please contact our support team for further assistance.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Drunk Munk is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (FedEx or USPS). Drunk Munk does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packaged. Should delivery complications occur, please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues.
